An unnecessary litigation has been generated because despite a request having gone to the Programmer Data Centre, Directorate, Urban

Administration and Development, Raipur, from the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur, an inaction on their part or failure to give a suitable response for almost a month and a half, the writ application has been filed. 3.

The Court is informed that the authorities are looking for a Court direction before they can roll-back the tender process for acceptance of the technical bid and then only, the finance bid can be opened. 4.

If the Respondent-Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur is satisfied with the bona fide of the Petitioner and a request having gone to the Programmer of the Data Centre, the matter should be expedited by a quick response. 5.

The questioned tender is Tender No. 24-6 which is System Tender No. 22752 dated 18.10.2017.

The writ application is disposed off with a direction to Shri Toran Sharma, Programmer Data Centre, Directorate, Urban Administration and Development, New Raipur that he will do the needful in terms of the request of the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur as per their letter dated 05.07.2018, a copy of which is Annexure P/4. The said authority will do the needful within a period of one week from the date of production of a copy of this order.
