2. Learned counsel for the parties would jointly submit that after the last date of hearing the respondents have allowed the petitioner to rejoin at the establishment of Municipal Council, Raipur, therefore, now the contempt has been purged.

3. In view of the above, the rule issued against the contemnor is discharged.

4. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
