This Petition is directed against the impugned order dated 15.01.2017 whereby Respondent No.6 has been selected in Science faculty, Block Kasdol, District Balado Bazar, Bhatapara. 2.

Shri Kashyap does not want to pursue this matter any further. 3.

In view of subsequent event as mentioned in the Compromise Petition (Docket) dated 22.4.2018, the instant Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
