1. The present petition brought under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not against any particular order passed by the Learned Family Court, but only a direction is sought for the registration of the application filed by the petitioners on 18.9.2020.

2. Considered the submissions made by counsel for the petitioners. As the learned Family Court has refused to entertain the application from the very beginning, it is prayed that the same may be entertained and accepted.

3. It is directed that the application under Section 13(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act by the petitioners be registered whenever it is presented before the learned Family Court within a period of 15 days from the date of passing of this order.
