1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the order dated 07.01.2020 passed by the respondent no.3, the Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Welfare, Janjgir-Champa.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed in case the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to take an appropriate decision on the
representation that the petitioner has made in respect of the removal from service w.e.f. 07.01.2020. He further submits that the petitioner has already made a representation to the respondent no.4 in this regard vide Annexure P-3 dated 10.08.2020 which may be decided at the earliest in accordance with law.
3. The said relief sought for by the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no.4 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
