All the Petitioners herein have moved I.A. No.2 seeking withdrawal of the present Writ Petitions.

The application for withdrawal of the present Writ Petitions has been moved in the light of the order passed by the Governing Body of the College whereby vide Order dated 12.8.2021 the Governing Body has restored the services of Petitioners.

In view of the subsequent development, particularly the Order dated 12.8.2021, I.A. No.2 in all these three Writ Petitions stands allowed, reserving the right of Petitioners to approach the Court in case need arises at a later stage. The three Writ Petitions accordingly stand dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
