Heard on application for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 do not oppose the same.

On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, delay of 47 days in filing the restoration application is condoned.

Also heard on application for restoration of MAC No.998/2015 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 28/09/2015.

After going through the application which is supported by an affidavit, in my opinion reasonable grounds

are made out for restoration.

Accordingly, MCC is allowed.

The order dated 28/09/2015 is recalled.
