1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the enquiry report Annexure P-10 submitted by the committee constituted by the State Government regarding selection of respondent No.4 for grant of right to supply Ready to Eat food at Tikari, it would be expedient to direct respondent No.3 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law.
2. The prayer is just, fair and reasonable.
3. Respondent No.3 is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, strictly in accordance with law, after taking the material available on record within a period of one month from today and after hearing the parties concerned.
4. The writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
