The limited grievance that the petitioner has made in the present writ petition is that the petitioner has participated in the selection to the post of Patwari and has also undergone the training successfully, thereafter a select list was published by the respondent No.3, in which the name of the petitioner appeared at serial No. 13 out of the 16 names that were published. 2.
According to the petitioner except for the petitioner all other persons in the said list have been granted appointed and joining and no reason has been assigned for not issuance of appointment and joining to the petitioner. 3.
Given the said limited grievance that the petitioner has, let the respondent No.1 & 3 take an appropriate decision so far as the case of the petitioner is concerned pursuant to the select list (Annexure P/8) dated 27.06.2019,
-2which has been issued, wherein the name of the petitioner appeared at serial No. 13.

Let a decision be taken by the respondents No.1 & 3 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. The respondents are expected to pass an order in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
