The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner who is working as Patwari have been transferred from Pussore to Lailunga whereas wife of the petitioner who is also Patwari has been transferred from village Sahdevpali to village Sangitarai. It is submitted that as per transfer policy no.1.10 of the State both the husband and wife are to be kept at the same place, therefore learned counsel submits that transfer of the petitioner may be cancelled.

Perused the documents. It is not in dispute that the wife of the petitioner Ruchi Thakur has been transferred from village Sahdevpali, Tehsil Pussore to village Sangitarai Tahsil Raigarh. Petitioner has been said to be transferred from Pussore to Lailunga. Taking into fact the policy of the State that normally husband and wife are to be kept at one place, the petitioner is given liberty to make representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee which has been constituted to hear against the transfer within a period of two weeks from today explaining all the facts
and if such representation is filed, then it may be decided within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. It is directed that till then transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to. 3.
