The Petitioners have succeeded in the object and purpose for which this Public Interest Litigation had been filed. The authorities have taken note of the issues raise in these writ applications in relation to the publication of Durg-Bhilai Development Plan Revised (Draft) 2031. 2.

If this be so, even if there are any left over issues of genuine kind which vexes the Petitioners and since the master plan is still at the draft stage, they can surely bring their objection to the notice of the concerned authorities, who, we are sure will entertain the bonafide objections and not of motivated kind.

3.

With the aforesaid observations, these writ applications are disposed off. Sd/- Sd/- (Ajay Kumar Tripathi) (Parth Prateem Sahu) CHIEF JUSTICE JUDGE Amit
