---- Respondent Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 08/08/2019 (1) This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 15.07.2019 sent by Fifth Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur through District and Sessions Judge, Raipur seeking extension of time for disposal of Sessions Trial No.36/2019.

(2) Earlier, this Court while deciding the bail application of Applicant-Manish Chandwani on 15.05.2019 in M.Cr.C. No.3003/2019 ordered to the trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose of case as soon as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of order.

(3) As per status report dated 05.08.2019 received from the Court of Fifth Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, the case is fixed for judgment on 13.08.2019, therefore, some time may be granted. (4) Looking to the above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of case within a period of 15

days from today.

(5) Accordingly, Cr.M.P. is disposed of.
