1. This is second bail application filed under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail to the applicants in Crime No.259/2020 registered at P.S. Palari, Distt. Balodabazar-Bhata for the offences punishable u/s 395, 397 & 120-B of IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that since the complainant has already been examined, at this stage, the applicants want to withdraw this bail application and the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.
