Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that as he was not in contact with the petitioner; no instructions were pleaded on his behalf, consequently the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. However, after the impugned order was passed, the petitioner contacted him with the instructions to get the writ petition restored. 3.
