1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.190/2020 registered at Police Station Pandatarai, District Kabirdham (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the IPC.

3. The applicant along with main accused Devlal have caused stab injury over the abdomen of deceased Manoj causing his instant death. Although the allegation of causing stab wound is on

MCRC No. 7823 of 2020 Devlal, eye-witnesses Roopchand and Rupesh have stated that the applicant has caught hold of the deceased at the time when Devlal caused injuries.

4. Considering the nature of evidence, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage.
