Perusal of the order passed by this Court in contempt petition No. 1094/2018 dated 11.01.2019 and also one which has been passed by this Court on 12.03.2019 in contempt case No. 1240/2018, this Court is of the opinion that contempt petition at this juncture may not be sustainable. Since this Court had already reserved the right of the petitioner to approach this Court by way of a fresh writ petition, reserving the same right for the petitioner, the present contempt petition at this juncture stands disposed of.
