1. These are the applications filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have

MCRC No. 7795 of 2020 & MCRC No. 290 of 2021 been arrested in connection with Crime No.200/2019, registered at Police Station Balrampur Distt. Balrampur Ramanujganj C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 420/34 of the I.P.C.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail applications with liberty to revive the same after sometime.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, both the bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
