Learned counsel for the appellant submits that another appeal was filed earlier to this appeal, however, the same could not be traced as it was on default and the bail has been granted in such appeal, therefore, he wants to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to raise all the grounds of this appeal in that appeal.

Prayer allowed.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
