1. The applicant has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail as she is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No.208 of 2015 registered at Police Station Dhamtari, Distt. Dhamtari, for the offence punishable under Sections 420/34,468, 120(B) and 201 IPC.

2. The present applicant has been made an accused person in case No.82/2016 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhamtari. She has been made an accused on account of application under Section 319 CrPC. Counsel for the applicant submits that the order passed on the said application under Section 319 CrPC is also under challenge by way of a petition under Section 482 CrPC which is registered as CRMP No.314/2017.

3. A perusal of deposition made by some of the witnesses before the court below clearly reflects direct and active participation of the

present applicant in the commission of offence. The allegations are that the applicant is said to have, on the false promise of providing employment in Railway Department, had collected huge amount of money.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of direct allegations levelled against the present applicant in the deposition of suresh Yadav, Rakesh Kumar Sinha and Mukesh Sinha, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
