Learned counsel for the parties would not dispute that the matter in issue relating to petitioner's eviction from the subject premises belonging to the Railways has been dealt with by this Court in several petitions, a latest one being WPC No.2198/2018 (Amit Kashyap vs Union of India and another) and WPC No.2199/2018 (Ajay Kumar Sahu vs Union of India and another), therefore, the present writ petition is also dismissed in the same terms.
