1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to make representation before the Superintendent of Police, Korea, for redressal of his grievance.
3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the concerned Superintendent of Police who will consider and decide the representation strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.
4. With the aforesaid direction / observation the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
