Complainant- Ramlakhan is present along with the prosecutrix before this Court and he has made statement that he has strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application with liberty to file repeat application after examination of the prosecutrix.

In view of the above, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
