1. This request letter has been received from the Court of Fourth Additional District Judge, Durg, C.G. praying for extension of time to dispose off the Civil Suit No.3A of 2018 pending before that Court.

2. This Court had while disposing off the W.P.(227) No.269 of 2020 on

-209.03.2020 directed the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of 01 year.

3. After considering on the reasons mentioned in the request letter, the prayer made in the request letter is allowed and the time granted for disposal of the Civil Suit mentioned hereinabove is extended for a further period of 01 year.
