1. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.427/2020, registered at Police Station Khamtarai, District- Raipur C.G. for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the I.P.C.

2. It is alleged that one Keshav Das (juvenile) used to commit theft of motor cycle and handover the same to other accused persons. This applicant has allegedly received three motorcycles which have been recovered from him.

MCRC No. 7801 of 2020 Similarly, co-accused Chintamni Sahu who has been allowed regular bail by this Court in MCRC No.7118/2020 has also allegedly received three stolen motorcycles.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the bail application.

4. The present applicant is in jail since 28.09.2020, therefore, considering the release of co-accuse in similar case, I am inclined to release the present applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
