The Petitioner has mixed too many issues in one writ application which is a 'Public Interest Litigation'. A multiplicity of such issues cannot be monitored by this Court since they are of diverse kind.

So far as street cattle are concerned, the steps have already been taken by the State. The Court would direct the concerned authorities that they have to ensure that administrative monitoring is done and the infrastructure so provided for are utilized for the purpose effectively. 3.
