Mr. Arvind Dubey, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 30.07.2019 Heard 1.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners by the order of this Court dated 21.03.2012 passed in WPS No.1319/2012 were regularized by an order dated 02.05.2018 (Annexure P-6). It is stated that the petitioners are working since 1997, however, since the regularization was made in the year 2018 inadvertently it appears that the name of the petitioners were left out in the seniority list, which is maintained with the respondent No.3; consequently, they have suffered huge loss to the seniority and other emoluments. He prays that liberty may be given to the
petitioners to make a detailed representation to the respondent No.3, which may decide the same in accordance with law.
2.
Considering the limited prayer, it is directed that the petitioners shall be at liberty to make a detailed representation within a period of 2 weeks from today and thereafter, the respondent No.3 shall be obliged to decide the same within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of such representation.
3.
With such observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge ashok
