1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working as a teacher in Govt. Middle School Edka and he has been transferred to another school which is Govt. Middle School, Gaurdand, District: Narayanpur.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner's brother namely Mr. Roomant Dewangan is working as a Head Constable at Narayanpur which is a Naxal affected area. Considering the said fact, the Superintendent of Police, Narayanpur had recommended the Collector that in case the petitioner is transferred to Gaurdand, the casualty cannot be denied and therefore, the transfer order in respect of the petitioner may be stayed.

Perused the documents as also the recommendation made by the Superintendent of Police, District Narayanpur wherein it has been recommended that the brother of the petitioner is working as a Head Constable at district Narayanpur and if the petitioner is transferred to the new place of posting, untoward incident cannot be denied.
4. Having heard the same and taking into consideration the documents filed along with the petition, it is directed that the petitioner may make a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted by the State against the transfer within a period of 15 days from today along with all relevant documents and the Grievance Redressal Committee may decide the same within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then, the transfer in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
