ORDER

(Passed on this 22nd April, 2018) 1.

This Petition is directed against the impugned order dated 29.02.2016, whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from Nagar Panchayat, Dharamjaigarh to Municipal Corporation, Korba. 2.

Shri Bhakta submits that by efflux of time, this Petition has become infructuous.

In view of above, the instant Petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
