The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 31.07.2018 (Annexure P/1) whereby the petitioner has been transferred from the office of ASLR, Rajnandgaon to the office of the ASLR, Korba. 2.
The sole ground raised by the petitioner is that, he has a transfer policy of the State itself wherein it has been decided as a policy matter by the respondents not to transfer an employee who has got service of less than a year left for retirement. According to the petitioner, he has got only about 11 months time left for retirement. From the perusal of records he has also shown his age as 61 years both in cause title as also in the affidavit. 3.
Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to disposed of the petition with a direction to the respondents to reconsider the representation which he has made on 01.08.2018 (Annexure P/6). 4.
Let this representation be decided within a period of three months from today. Till the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2018 is decided,
the impugned order dated 31.07.2018 so far as petitioner is concerned, shall not be given effect to.
