Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Primary School Chandanpur to Govt. Primary School Lukampara (Taragaon) on 12.07.2019. It is contended that the petitioner at present is carrying a pregnancy of 5 months as per Annexure P-2 and she is being treated at a particular place from initial days of her pregnancy; therefore, the transfer of the petitioner may be considered. 2.

Perused the medical documents. Without any observation on merits, it is directed that if the petitioner makes a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee of transfer within a period of 15 days along with the medical documents, the same shall be considered and decided within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to. 3.
