ORDER

07.08.2018 Heard.

This petition has been brought under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer for modification/ correction of the typographical mistakes in the order passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.(A) No.928 of 2018 & M.Cr.C. No. 4750 of 2018 vide order dated 02.08.2018. 2.

It is submitted that the date of the order has been erroneously mentioned as 2.7.2018 whereas, it should have been 2.8.2018 and in paragraph 3, the police station erroneously mentioned as Ramkola, District Surajpur whereas, it should have been P.S. Telibandha, Raipur, District Raipur. Hence, it is prayed for modification of the said order.

Learned State counsel has no objection.

Perused the record of M.Cr.C.(A) No. 928 of 2018 & M.Cr.C. No.4750 of 2018.

After verifying from the record of M.Cr.C.(A) No. 928 of 2018 & M.Cr.C. No.4750 of 2018, it appears that typographical mistakes have been committed in preparing this order.

Considering the submissions made by both the parties, the petition is allowed. It is ordered accordingly. The date of passing of order 2.7.2018 be read as 2.8.2018 and similarly, P.S. Ramkola, District Surajpur shall be read as P.S. Telibandha, Raipur, District Raipur hereinafter. A copy of this order be made a part of M.Cr.C.(A) No.928 of 2018 & M.Cr.C. No. 4750 of 2018. 7.

Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is disposed of.
