1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has procured 70% marks in the BSC Nursing and for appointment to the post of Staff Nurse as per the advertisement dated 17.08.2020, 85% of such marks would be considered which comes to 59.5%. He would further submit that the selection list has been issued which contains the name of a candidate whose grand total is shown as 42.5% as such that candidate is much below to the marks obtained by the petitioner, however, the name of the petitioner is missing in the selection
list.

Learned State counsel on instructions would submit that the list on which the petitioner has placed reliance would show in the bottom of it that the objections have been invited and if the petitioner has made the objection, the same shall be decided on the next sitting which is approximately likely to be held on 07th of November, 2020 or any nearby date.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner contends that she has already made an objection, therefore, if the objection has been made as per the instructions of the State it would be considered. In view of this, no further adjudication of this petition at this stage would be required. The petitioner shall have all the liberty in case she is aggrieved further with the order of selection.
