The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Middle School Chimarkel, Block Basna, District Mahasamund to Govt. Middle School Amakoni, Block Bagbahara, District Mahasamund and in the remark column it has been shown that the petitioner has been transferred at his own request, however, the petitioner had not made any request for transfer from the present place of posting. He referred to the document Annexure P-2 wherein the letter was written to the Collector, District Mahasamund.

Considering the submission made by the petitioner that though transfer has been made on his own request but no request was made by the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner may make a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee of transfer within a period of 15 days apprising all the facts and the Redressal Committee thereafter shall decide the same within

a further period of 45 days. Till then the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
