1. Heard.

2. This is the First Bail Application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested on 01.08.2021 in connection with Crime No.340/2021 registered at Police Station Surajpur, District Surajpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 21 (C) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 01.08.2021 on a raid being conducted from the possession of the applicants Relaxkof cough syrup 100 M.L. 50 bottles and Pyeevon Spas Plus Capsule total 696 were recovered. Thereby the offence has been committed.

4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the charge-sheet in this case has been filed and no further investigation is necessary, therefore, the applicants may be released on bail.

5. Per contra, learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail.

6. Perused the documents. Considering the quantity of contraband so seized, I am not inclined to release the applicants on bail.
