1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.184/2020, registered at Police Station Punjipathra, Distt: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh for offence punishable under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that with the passage of time, the present bail application has been rendered infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
