1. The grievance of petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not considering the claim of petitioner for grant of time bound pay scale on completion of 10 years regular service.

2. According to the petitioner, he was initially appointed on 22.05.2004 and he completed regular satisfactory service on May, 2014 and as

per the circulars dated 28.04.2008 & 05.03.2010, an employee completing more than 10 years service would be entitled for time pay scale which in spite of repeated requests being made has not been given to the petitioner.

3. Given the said factual matrix of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 4 to immediately consider the grievance of petitioner and take an appropriate decision so far as the claim for time pay scale is concerned. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within an outer limit of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
