It is contended that the petitioner was substantially posted at Government Boys Pre-Middle School, Mainpur and was holding the additional charge of Girls Hostel, RMSA, Block Mainpur whereas she has been transferred to Government Boys Pre-Middle School, Mainpur, District: Gariyaband vide order dated 12.07.2019 (Annexure P/1) with remark that she wanted the transfer.
-22. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not claimed for any "Swachhik" transfer on the aforesaid place as has been mentioned in the remark (vivran) column of the transfer order dated 12.07.2019. No such application was ever filed by the petitioner.
3. Considering the submission of the petitioner, the factual aspect which is to be ascertained is whether the petitioner herself has filed such application for transfer or not.
4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application before the Grievance Redressal Committee which has been constituted to decide the cases of transfer, within a period of 2 weeks from today. If such application is filed, the same may be decided within a further period of 30 days from date of filing of application. Till then, the transfer in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
