MCC No.580/2018 This is an application for restoration of FAM No.18/2017, which was dismissed for non-compliance of Court order dated 11.05.2018. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and FAM No.18/2017 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject however to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/-

to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within a period of one week from today.

If the cost is not paid within a period of one week, this order shall lose its efficacy.
