---Respondents For Petitioner :

Mr. C. Jayant K. Rao, Advocate For State :

Mr. Sameer Behar, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order on Board 30/07/2019 1.

The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 13.06.2019, wherein the petitioner has been said to be posted at Middle School, Ghatmunda, Block Kunkuri.

2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in place of petitioner one Vinay Choudhary (respondent No.5) has been posted, though he is junior. He further submits that the petitioner is working as Block Coordinator, Kunkuri since 2004 and if the respondent No.5, who is junior to the petitioner is appointed, it would have an adverse affect to the image of the petitioner and the service of the petitioner may tarnish.

-23.

Perused the order dated 13.06.2019. The petitioner has been posted to the Middle School, Ghatmunda, Block Kunkuri. If the respondent No.5 has been posted in his erstwhile place of posting, in such case it will not have any legal impediment and it is the prerogative of the State to choose the person to whom to place at particular place.

4.

I do not find any merit in this writ petition and therefore the same stands dismissed.
