1. Heard.

2. These are the two applications filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime Nos. 192/2020 & 191/2020, both registered at Police Station Darri, District Korba (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 384, 509(B) of the IPC.

3. The applicant has not only committed forcible sexual intercourse with two prosecutrix, who happens to be real sisters, but has extorted Rs.1.5 lakhs from them on threat that the photographs or video of their intimate relationship will be uploaded in the Internet.

4. Whether or not such video footing is in existence is a different matter but at this stage, the allegation of extortion over threat of circulation of video has been levelled against the applicant.

5. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail at this stage.

6. Accordingly, the bail applications are dismissed with liberty to the applicant to repeat the prayer after examination of both the prosecutrix. Sd/- (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Judge Shyna
