1. This revision petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed against the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence dated 13.9.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fourth FTC, Special Court, Durg, (CG) in Special Sessions Case (POCSO) No.1/2019.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this revision petition with liberty to file an appeal against the impugned judgment.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed, as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicant.
