1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the default pointed out by the Registry shall be cured by the petitioner during the course of the day itself.

2. With the consent of the parties the matter was heard finally.

3. The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that Annexure P-2 dated 04.10.2008 is an order whereby the services of the petitioner were conferred after completion of probation period based on the date of joining of the petitioner as

14.03.2001 which according to the petitioner is incorrect and that he had in fact given his joining on 09.02.2001 and therefore, the date of joining in the impugned order Annexure P-2 requires an appropriate correction accordingly.

4. Given the said fact, let the petitioner move a fresh representation to the respondents 1 & 2 within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and the respondents 1 & 2 in turn shall subject to verification of the facts from the service book of the petitioner and other official records, pass an appropriate order. Let this exercise be done within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
