Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that as per decree of the trial court, sale-deed is executed in his favour and now he is in possession of the property in question. 3.

As none appeared nor any representation is made on behalf of the appellant, it appears that the appellant is not willing to prosecute the present appeal.

In view of the above, this Court has left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 5.

Accordingly, the instant first appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
