Agrawal Order On Board 02/05/2017 (1) The complaint under Section 156(3) of CrPC filed by the petitioner/complainant, which was dismissed by the trial Court vide order dated 19.07.2016 finding no merit. That order was affirmed in the revision by the revisional Court against which, this appeal under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner herein. (2) The trial Court as well as revisional Court has concurrently recorded finding that there is no case for taking cognizance is made out. The sufficient and valid reasons have been assigned by the trial court as well as revisional Court in which I do not find any jurisdictional error in the impugned order.
(3) Consequently, the petition deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed.
