1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.159/2020 registered at Police Station Ramanujganj, District BalrampurRamanujganj (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 370, 34 of the IPC.

3. The applicant along with co-accused Vichran Yadav abducted 7 children (out of which 3 are minors) and took them to Banaras,

MCRC No. 8369 of 2020 Faridabad and Gurgaon for performing work of laying underground pipeline. However, they were not paid any remuneration and thus, the children were trafÏcked and exploited without making any payment.

4. Bail application of co-accused Vicran Yadav has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 11.12.2020 passed in MCRC No. 7555 of 2020 with liberty to move afresh before this Court after examination of the victims.

5. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the bail application is dismissed with liberty to move after examination of the victims.
