It is contended that the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Middle School Edka, Block Narayanpur to High School Hitampara, Block Orchha, District Narayanpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred to accommodate the respondent No.4, Manipal Nag on his own request and expenses; whereas the petitioner has not made any request for transfer. He further submits that the wife of the petitioner is also working in Block Narayanpur, therefore, transfer of the petitioner may be canceled. 3.

Perused the documents. Respondents No.4 is said to have been transferred on his own request as it appears that the petitioner has been transferred to accommodate the respondent No.4.

Considering the submission made, it is directed that if the petitioner makes a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of 7 days, the same shall be considered and decided by the Committee within an outer limit of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to. 5.
