1. Heard finally.
2. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 102/2015 registered in PS Kurud, Distt. Dhamtari for offence punishable under Section 457 read with Section 34 of the IPC. Charge sheet has been filed and the matter is pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kurud, Distt. Dhamtari in Criminal Case No. 1507/2015.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that as per allegation they have trespassed in the premises of Rural Bank, Chhati for the purpose of committing theft. They were arrested on 7-12-2015. The matter is being tried by the said criminal court. Looking to the period of their detention, they may be enlarged on bail.
4. Per contra, learned State Counsel opposed the bail application and submits that Crime No. 325/2015 for offence under Section 399, 402, IPC at PS Dharsiva, Crime No. 73/2015 under Section 329, 411, 427, IPC at PS Mana Camp, Crime No. 157/2015 for offence under Section
380, 411, 427, IPC at PS Amanaka and Crime No. 84/2015 for offence under Section 393 at PS Mana Camp have been registered against the present applicants.
5. Perused the material available.
6. On due consideration, looking to the facts that the applicants are not resident of Chhattisgarh and looking to the aforementioned offences against the applicants, the evidence collected in the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicants.
7. The application is rejected.
