Instant petition is filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) Direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to release the pension and retiral dues of the Petitioner as per revised pension order dated 21/02/2019 w.e.f. 20/03/2018 with 12% interest.
(ii) Cost of the Petition may be awarded to the Petitioner. (iii) Any other relief as deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court." 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner retired on 20/02/2018, original pension order though was submitted to the bank, subsequently it revealed that the original pension order is lost. After due communication eventually letter Annexure P-4 was issued by the
Kendriya Vidyalaya to the State Bank of India, ADB Bilaspur with all the documents were attached. It is contended that till date the petitioner has not received any pensionery benefit as such she is in hand to mouth, therefore respondent may be directed to release the pension of the petitioner forthwith.

Shri Sudeep Agrawal, learned counsel appears for the State Bank of India alongwith Shri Abhay Chouhan, Deputy Manager (Law) who is present in the court would submit that only two deficiencies presently remains one is name of the pensioner is joint with her daughter, therefore name of the daughter may be removed and second life certificate is to be given, then if two compliances are made immediately pension would be started.

Considering the fact and the background, the petitioner may comply the requirement of removal of name of the daughter from the pension account as it is contended on behalf of the respondent that in the pension account name of the pensioner and the account is mentioned. Same be done by tomorrow. Life certificate format shall also be supplied by the bank to the petitioner by tomorrow for compliance and on such compliance being made, payment of pension may be released within a period of 15 days. The petitioner shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of grievance if any in the future. 5.
