The grievance raised by the petitioner is that the petitioner had applied for the post of Lecturer (Panchayat) in Physics Subject and the petitioner also have a B.Ed. degree from the recognized university. According to the petitioner, the respondent No.4-The Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Raigarh, has published the results where the petitioner got 14th rank.

According to the petitioner, one of the selected candidate namely Archana Singh for the same subject has not joined the service inspite of an offer of appointment being issued to her. Accordingly, the petitioner has got claim for the appointment on said post. However, though the petitioner has been

repeatedly approaching the authorities but till date no decision/response has been given to the petitioner.

Given the short issue involved, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.4 within a period of 15 days from today and the respondent No.4 in turn shall consider the merits of the case and shall pass a suitable order deciding whether the petitioner is entitled for the recruitment or not.

Let this exercise be completed within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation by the petitioner.
