1. Learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw present petition. He however prays that direction may be issued to the trial Court to dispose of the matter as early as possible.

2. State counsel has no objection to the proposition put-forth by the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the CRMP is dismissed as withdrawn with direction to the Court below to make all the endevour for deciding the case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to the Court below concerned.
